Fulfillment Policy
Thank you for choosing Flourish with Purpose as the next step in your evolution and growth! The Flourish with Purpose team is committed to providing you with valuable guidance and support on your journey toward personal and professional growth.
Payment Collection: We utilize Stripe as our trusted third-party payment processor to securely collect payments for our coaching services. Stripe enables us to offer convenient payment options and ensures the security of your financial information.
Refund Policy: As our products are digital in nature and involve the provision of intellectual property, we do not offer refunds after you have signed your contract. We believe in the effectiveness of our programs and the potential for transformative results when you fully commit to the process.
Cancellation of Subscription: Should you wish to discontinue your work in Flourish with Purpose, you may do so at any time. You are entitled to taking a break up to 6 months if necessary. However, please note that cancellations do not include refunds. If you have signed the contract and agreed to the full coaching container, your monthly payments are still due as outlined in the contract.
Modification of Subscription: You have the flexibility to modify your subscription plan (Level of Programming) at any time, whether you wish to upgrade to a higher tier for additional benefits or downgrade to a more basic plan. This can be discussed privately and once agreed upon, will be update in the next billing cycle.

By enrolling in our program, signing your coaching agreement contract, and submitting payment through Stripe, you acknowledge and agree to our fulfillment policy outlined above. We appreciate the opportunity to guide you on your journey toward personal and professional development.
